Looking for a breakfast that’s quick, healthy, and keeps you energized all morning? 

We know mornings can be a rush, but that doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice a healthy meal.

 

Here’s one of our favorite breakfast recipes, perfect for busy women who want to start their day with a boost of nutrition and flavor.  

Simple to make, and packed with goodness—this recipe is your go-to for fueling your morning. 

Tropical Breakfast Smoothie Bowl!

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, frozen slices 
  • 4.4 oz. (125g) mango, frozen cubes 
  • ⅔ cup (160ml) coconut water 
  • ⅓ cup (80ml) coconut milk  
  • handful of blueberries, topping 
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced, topping 
  • 2 tbsp. coconut chips, topping 
  • 2 tbsp. granola, topping 

Directions

  • Place the coconut water, coconut milk, bananas, and mango, in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.  
  • Divide the smoothie over 2 bowls and top with the kiwi, blueberries, coconut chips, and granola.  
  • Serve immediately.
